His real name is Sam Newton Battenburg Faulkner, and is the second child of Sally Carolyn and Keith William Faulkner. Born in England, January 11 1985, he is know for his guitar playing, which involves rhythmically tapping his guitar's body. HE began playing the guitar at the age of 13 and preferred it to the drums and piano. Newton came to prominence in 2007 with the release of his debut studio album, Hand built by Robots. The album was certified double platinum by the United Kingdom. 'Dream Catch Me', 'Teardrop' and 'I Need Something' were all major selling songs of the album with 'Dream Catch Me' reaching number 7 in the UK's Charts

His first ever band was a Green Day cover band, in which he played the bass guitar. His experience on the stage grew as he formed Half A Guy, a funk rock group with a quirky edge, with fellow band members, Matt Buchanan, Dave Elvy and Nicola Crawshaw. Half A Guy recorded two demo CDs and managed two years before splitting. He then spent time recording and playing gigs under the name Newton Battenberg Faulkner, including the Lapagestock festival on 11 June 2005.
Rebuilt by Humans is the second album by British singer-songwriter. It was released on September 28, 2009. "If This Is It" was released as the first single from the album, with "Over And Out" being the second single and "Let's Get Together" becoming the latest single.
Regarding the album's title, Faulkner stated, "It’s based around an accident I had, where I basically broke my wrist on boxing day, five days before I was meant to start recording the second album. So it was like a really proper close call and they used a rather large metal plate, in fact they were using the x-ray as part of at the artwork, when you take the CD out of the case it’s going to be behind that."
Sonny Moore, professionally known as Skrillex, is an American complextro producer from Los Angeles and former frontman for the American band From First To Last.In late Autumn of 2007 he embarked on his first tour as a solo artist, the Team Sleep Tour with Team Sleep,Strata, and Monster in the Machine. After recruiting a new band lineup, Moore toured North America on the Alternative Press Tour, supporting bands such as All Time Low and The Rocket Summer, and appeared on the cover of Alternative Press annual 100 Bands You Need to Know issue

But when Moore left the band after the release of 2006’s Heroine due to vocal cord problems, he began an unusual solo career which has now led to his electronic work in Skrillex. On Scary Monsters And Nice Sprites, Moore has hit his mash-up groove, combining monster dance riffs with melodic ambience. The EP title is fitting, since these nine tracks (three of which are remixes) embody both sides of Moore; the rambunctious, punk-rock kid who screamed his head off in From First To Last (see the chaos of “Kill EVERYBODY”), but also the melodic, pensive adult who can seamlessly collaborate with pop singers like Penny and rappers like Foreign Beggars and Bare Noize. But it’s on “Rock ’N’ Roll (Will Take You To The Mountain)” that Moore will really grab his previous punk audience, with crazy, frenetic sampling and the kind of mash-ups made for the mosh pit. When someone repeatedly screams, “Oh, my God!” right before the massive breakbeat-breakdowns, it’s time to bring a wall of death to the dance floor.
